New Year's Eve

I wish everyone a great New Year's Eve with good food, champagne, wine, beer or whatever you like!

LFC end 2008 in style and on top

Finally, a win at home over Bolton and a away win in Newcastle secured the Reds top spot in the league table. It seems they wanted to score the goals they hadn't score in the last matches - especially at home. However, Robbie Keane at the double at home and Steven Gerrard at the double away, along with Sami Hyypiä and Albert Riera, who didn't appear very often on the scoresheet. I think the team can start the new year as they finished the old one and grab some silverware.

Christmas Eve

This was the beginning of Christmas Eve today, thank you, Benni;-)

I wish all my friends and family a great Christmas and especially my beloved honey!

Farmer Boys reloaded

Damn, this was a great evening yesterday. The Röhre was sold out and packed. It was good to meet some people, who I haven't seen for years, like Marcus, Andi, Nucki, Jan-Olli and who I forgot.

The concert was huge. I knew that the band rehearsed a lot, and they were in great shape. I was very pleased with the setlist, from the beginning with "When Pigs Fly" and "Farm Sweet Farm". Surely, the ballads were the highlights and the last two extra songs. Well done, boys! It was a pleasure to see this show!

a draw I can't complain about

I think Liverpool proved their title credential and I hope this was Keane's ignition to score more important goals. Tonight is the blue apocalypse with Everton vs Chelsea and - hard to say that - I hope Everton will win.

Real Madrid

The Reds will face Real Madrid in the last 16's round. I'm excited, because I wanted that opponent. This will be a pleasure to watch!

Masch sets the sight on a terrific treble

Javier Mascherano told Liverpool FC that the team is keen to pull three points out of match versus another title challenger when the Reds entertain Arsenal in their Emirates Stadium.

test

This is the result of my co-workers picture rehearsal.

Another home match - and guess what?!

Another draw! Our fantastic Steven Gerrard rescued at least one point. The Reds have to improve their performances at home or they could be easily out of the title race. I don't get it why Keane was left on the bench...

Lucky Luke - new album

I saw this album in France last weekend, so the German release will be not far. I'm excited, finally, a new album!

the living

Itchy Poozkid released their new single on their myspace site.

Deichkind - Arbeit nervt

Check out the new album of electro-rapper Deichkind - it's a lot of fun!

Bullen, Bonzen, Banken - alle müssen tanken

possible opponents

LFC could draw one of these teams in the CL's last 16 round:

Inter
Sporting
Villareal
Lyon
Real

Bring on Real Madrid!!!

group-phase closed with top spot

Man, this was more than a surprising starting eleven at Eindhoven yesterday, but the boys did well and won 3 - 1.

Liverpool remain top

3 goals, 3 points at Blackburn and Mascherano made his return into the team. The firing started a little bit late, but it seems the team can handle the pressure to stay on top.

tomorrow at Blackburn

The shocking news this week is without a doubt the injury boost of Fernando Torres! It's time for the other strikers to show their value!

Andechser

Finally, I got a case from one of the finest Bavarian beers!

I tried to bluff pre-flop, got called, made the best hand I've ever had!

Farmer Boys reloaded

4 years after the release and one of the last shows in Stuttgart, the Farmer Boys are bouncing back on December 22th in the Röhre!!! Tickets are available via www.easyticket.de.

LFC could be eight points ahead!

I'm not unhappy with the PL top spot at the moment, but that my mighty Reds are only one point ahead of Chelsea is a major concern. The four draws at home - without any goal - are not enough for this team. In my eyes these matches were must-wins. I can't understand why Babel got a late chance instead of the starting eleven.

LFC on top...

... but another draw at home.

regain top spot

The team owe a victory to us fans! Arsenal defeated Chelsea at home yesterday. The last poor home performances are a major concern. I hope the Reds will end this run of draws tonight!
